ShabuZen is a specialized restaurant in Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki.
Our restaurant ShabuZen is “Shabu Shabu” and “Sukiyaki” specialized restaurant.
We expanded to 15 brunches throughout in Japan for our 30 years histories.
We serve only fine selected Japanese beef. “Shabu Shabu” is authentic Japanese dish,
soak thin sliced meat into sea weed broth and dip in sesame or ponzu sauce.
“Shabu Shabu” is quite popular from foreign tourists since it is healthy that you are able to have large amount of vegetables.
Our restaurant designed as traditional Japanese style and very relaxing atmosphere with tables and tatami rooms.
Our waitress dressed up in Kimono and welcome the gusts.

Best way to have Shabu Shabu
Once the broth in the pot boiled, take a slice of meat between chopsticks and gently soak in the broth and swish for few seconds (This action called “Shabu Shabu” in Japanese).
For beef, ready to eat once the meat turns into pink as medium rare. Please try our original sesame and ponzu sauce as dipping sauce.
Next step is throw vegetables in the pot.
Separate vegetables in the little amount and cook. Once vegetables is cooked, dip in sauce and eat.
